Lisa Evanson - Creating Joy in Chaos

“Creating Joy in Chaos” explores what it means to actively create joy, connection, and purpose in the midst of busy, demanding lives and work. Through a blend of humor, heartfelt storytelling, psychology, audience participation, and real-world examples, comedian and speaker Lisa Evanson examines how our everyday interactions—with coworkers, staff, clients, neighbors, even strangers—shape workplace culture, well-being, and community impact. Participants will gain practical insights and approaches for fostering connection they can bring into supervision, team relationships, and direct service work, along with a renewed perspective on resilience, human connection, and finding meaning in the moments that often matter most.

Speaker Bio: Lisa Evanson is an award-winning comedian, actor, writer, producer, and speaker with 12+ years of experience across corporate leadership, entertainment, and entrepreneurship. A born-and-bred Minnesotan and named Acme Comedy Club's Funniest Person in Minnesota, she combines humor, storytelling, and psychology to create engaging keynotes that are equal parts laughter, insight, and human connection.
